Lin Ducker founder of Zahour Saffron is a nutritionist whose mission is to promote saffron use in our daily diet. Lin invites you to visit her farm to learn more about this fascinating spice and enjoy her delicious saffron inspired lunches.
Lin’s saffron farm is in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains, 35 km from Marrakech, where she has for the last three years produced organic certified & ISO certified Class 1 Saffron. The project involves the local community as around 50 local Berber women are employed in the harvesting of the flowers and the removal of the saffron threads.
Zahour Saffron is a small-scale organic producer, fully traceable and fairly traded.
