"The trip was fantastic and our guide was awesome - he managed to get us through all the flooding to our hotel that 1st night - with some extra driving and organising - really it was no problem for us - we had to wait about 45mins at one crossing - we had some tea and walked a bit so it was fine. We are accustomed to 4 wheel driving off road and through rivers in our country - New Zealand, so nothing too out of the ordinary. Everything ran like clockwork and all the people were incredibly helpful and kind and great with the kids. Thanks for your efficiency, after living in Spain for 2 years where customer service really does not exist it is a pleasant change.”
