Your Morocco Tour is Financially Protected
All our Morocco tours, no matter how short or long, are brought to you under the financial protection of the Travel Trust Association - we offer peace-of-mind and financial security for a complete holiday experience.
Authentic Morocco Limited (Authentic Morocco) is a full member of the Travel Trust Association (TTA). Our membership number is U5656.
The TTA, a Trade Association composed of Travel Agents, Tour Operators and Tour Organisers, is a non-profit making organisation that regulates its members and provides total financial protection to consumers and suppliers.
TTA regulations require Authentic Morocco to hold client funds in a Trust Account that is independent of our regular business trading and current accounts.
An independent trustee (e.g. Chartered or Certified Accountant approved by the TTA) supervises the Trust Account and audits it on a monthly basis. Funds paid into the Trust Account are only made available to us on completion of your holiday to pay for the services you book.
Your payment includes a ‘Safe Seat Plan’ insurance cover. This protection means that if your money is not in the Trust Account you will be reimbursed for the loss of any sum you have paid us to the value of £GB11,000 per person.
To summarise the benefits of booking your Morocco Tour with Authentic Morocco:
- Your funds are only released to Authentic Morocco, to pay for services you have booked, on completion of your tour
- Your payment includes a ‘Safe Seat Plan’ insurance cover. This protection means that if your money is not in the Trust Account you will be reimbursed for the loss of any sum you have paid us to the value of £GB11,000 per person.
